Amir Huggins

Hello my name is Carletta Huggins.
My Daughter Aviana was diagnosed October 19, 2020 at 8 months old with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Aviana is now off treatments, but still has to go to oncology every three months for labs because she is  still at a delicate stage. Cardiology sees her once a year now because she has arrhythmia with her heart due to chemo Aviana ‘s coming along. She had to get dental work done recently due to the chemo , immune system is still kind of weak so we have to try to keep her away from anybody with just a common cold because she will catch it very easily. Aviana still spikes high fevers from time to time. Overall, she’s doing pretty well. Full of energy learning new words loves to go outside, and play expresses herself very well . Having  her here with us is such a joy, even though we still go through financial challenges, I am just grateful to hear her say mommy, I love you every day. She’s the youngest of four, so it’s hard, but my family is very grateful for sponsors that help families in our situation and time of need. Thank you so much From the Huggins family.
